My job is to help other people at Boldyn Networks do their job to the best of their abilities. It's project based, which makes it varied and interesting. One week I could be helping our UK Commercial team, the next I could be working with our team in Italy to prepare a massive tender.

I joined Boldyn Networks because it’s the driving force behind the telecoms industry. People know the customer facing network providers, the marketing campaigns, and the stores on the high street. But what we do at Boldyn Networks is allow those network operators to provide a better service to their customers. It’s a business model that creates a beautiful solution to a problem we’re all experiencing on an industrial scale, whether it’s with a network provider or not being able to get signal on the underground. There’s beauty in engineering telecommunications. It’s why I’m able to call my grandmother in Lithuania. Most people don’t ever think about what happens when you’re on a video call with someone halfway across the world. That’s where we come in. We enable people to connect. It’s something I’m really passionate about. Especially when it achieves things like providing internet for children who want to learn and do homework. It’s game changing work that builds a better future.

At Boldyn Networks, there’s still so much potential for growth and expansion, and it’s really exciting to be a part of it. We’re constantly innovating to be at the forefront of technological advancements in an industry that’s everchanging. It keeps you on your toes. In my role, I work across many projects, across different teams, in different countries. But it’s always supportive. It’s always collaborative. It’s what makes the culture here so enjoyable. We’re a global organisation with a global footprint, and a global impact.
