Endless Possibilities: How Apogee joining Boldyn Networks will help higher ed do and achieve even more

In May, Apogee officially joined Boldyn Networks. You can read the press release here. Boldyn Networks is one of the largest shared network infrastructure providers in the United States and globally, and an expert in smart city innovations, private 5G LTE networks, fiber deployment and management, and large venue, arena, and transit connectivity. The acquisition combines Apogee’s expertise in higher ed managed networks and IT services with Boldyn’s extensive wireless infrastructure capabilities, positioning us for accelerated growth in the higher ed market like never before. Boldyn is determined to see Apogee grow and succeed and plans to invest in the business and higher education. I’m delighted that we have reached this significant milestone and excited about its many possibilities for all our stakeholders.

As college students’ reliance on connected devices and access to their data and applications continues to grow, so does the demand for high-speed, low-latency connectivity on campuses nationwide. I’m confident that by joining forces with Boldyn Networks, we will consistently exceed our customers’ current and future expectations.

The first time I met with Igor Leprince and Christos Karmis from Boldyn Networks, it was evident that Boldyn shares similar views on how both companies can benefit from each other now and in the future. It’s an exciting time in our growth story, and I can’t wait for us to get started.
