Respondents acknowledge the advantages of smart infrastructure for both residents and visitors. They understand that these benefits can, in turn, stimulate increased investment and attract talent to their city or local region.

Network upgrades are a critical step

Venue and enterprises have multiple reasons for wanting to enhance their networks, from improving their resiliency to more effectively managing a remote workforce.

There is significant appetite for new technologies

Despite the tendency to delay upgrades, most respondents are interested in innovations and say their organisations are often among the first to adopt new technologies.

The right partners are the key to progress

What is clear from the results is a readiness to collaborate with diverse stakeholders in constructing intelligent infrastructure, ultimately enriching the quality of their living and working environments.
