We surveyed 6,000+ event-goers across the UK and US. Asking about their expectations and experiences around connectivity for sports and entertainment live events. Our research has shown us that connectivity is the future of live events. It is incorporated into every step of a fan’s journey, from ticket purchase to the final whistle or encore. Fans are searching for an effortless experience, instant sharing, and easy navigation. Providing venues with seamless connectivity in-turn provides fans with that same seamless experience.
